Rocori bats slip past Flyers in final inning

Little Falls baseball faced off against Rocori in a Central Lakes Conference game, April 27.

The Flyers couldn’t make a 3-1 lead stand as the Spartans scored three runs in the final two innings for the come from behind win.

LF’s Paul Krebs took the loss after pitching five strong innings in which he fanned nine in his first complete game of the season.

Anthony Turk led the Flyer bats with a 2-for-4 outing with a stolen base.

Five nights earlier Little Falls won its first CLC game of the year against Tech at Faber Field in St. Cloud, 13-7.

An eight-run sixth inning allowed Tony Parker to record his first win of the season. Jake Kluver went 3-for-5 to highlight the Flyer bats.
