Gladys Martin, 84

  Gladys Musielewicz Martin,  a resident of Little Falls, formerly of Flensburg,  died Aug. 26, 2004, at St. Otto’s Care Center in Little Falls.
 Mass of Christian Burial was held Aug. 30 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flensburg with Father Leo Moenkedick officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
 Gladys was born on Jan. 12, 1920, in Chicago, IL, to the late Teofil and Klara (Ozarski) Musielewicz. She attended grade school in District #31 in Culdrum Township. She graduated from Little Falls High School in 1938. In
1939, Gladys attended St. Cloud Teachers College. After graduating from college, she taught grade school for six years in Hillman, Swanville and Flensburg. She then attended nurses training at Logan College in St. Louis, MO. Gladys worked as a chiropractic assistant in Carpus Christi, TX, then returned to Logan College to receive a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1951. She started her private practice in Carpus Christi for 42 years. In 1998, she moved back to Minnesota. She was a member of Tex Chiropractic Association, Catholic Daughters of America, St. Patrick Church, Business and Professional Women’s Club and the Polish American Club.
 She is survived by her brothers Ted Musielewicz of Minneapolis.  Mike Musielewicz of Flensburg, Frank Musielewicz of Roseville, Leo Musielewicz of Flensburg, Carl Musielewicz (Teddy) of Cold Spring, and Bernard Musielewicz (Mary Ann) of New Brighton; one sister, Claire Tidwell of Seattle, WA; and many nieces and nephews.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Chester, Edward and Stanley Musielewicz.
 Casket Bearers were Gladys’ nephews.
