On behalf of Arnie’s Army and the Prostate Cancer Foundation I would like to thank Dave Himley and the Red Bull Bar for sponsoring the closest to the hole event at their annual golf outing on June 24. Also Randy Pankonen, the course superintendent at the Little Falls Golf Course, for his help in supplying equipment and set up and to Dave Seviola and his daughter Elizabeth for volunteering their time during the tournament. We managed to raise $545 during the tourney for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.—Rick Dehkes, event coordinator.

I wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone who worked very hard to make the third annual Little Falls Dam Festival a wonderful success. On behalf of the school board, Dr. Anderson and Mr. Tryggestad, thank you for including us in the parade. It was a wonderful weekend capped off by a fireworks display that rivals any. It was awesome!
