No lamb chops tonight-Aslan is on guard

aslan.jpgIf
a coyote is looking for a lamb chop dinner-it better not look on the
Brian and Joan Stuckmayer farm in Pierz-for he will be sorely
disappointed.

The couple’s llama, who they named Aslan after the protector king in
"The Chronicles of Narnia," will defend his sheep to the end. See more in Terry Lehrke’s feature piece in the Morrison County Record.

Aslan
takes the lead and his flock of sheep follow. The sheep on the Brian
and Joan Stuckmayer farm understand that Aslan is their leader. His
face is one of the first they see within the first day or two of their
lives.
