Sentenced in District Court


The following people, charged with a felony, gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:



Felonies


• Chad Michael Webeck, 34, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of driving while impaired-refusing to submit to a chemical test. Webeck was fined $1,712 and sentenced to 180 days in jail. He will supply a DNA sample, complete all treatment and have supervised probation for seven years.



Gross Misdemeanors


• Ryan Lee Venske, 26, Randall-Convicted of one count of driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours. Venske was fined $3,212 with $2,100 stayed for six years and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 305 days stayed for six years. He will submit to random testing, attend a MADD Impact Panel and have supervised probation for six years.


• Kyle Allen Ingalls, 19, St. Cloud-Convicted of one count of driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Ingalls was fined $3,207 with $2,500 stayed for four years and sentenced to 27 days in jail with 338 days stayed for four years. He will have supervised probation for four years, submit to random chemical testing, undergo chemical dependency evaluation/treatment and attend a MADD Impact Panel.


• Simon David Pettit, 20, Long Prairie-Convicted of one count of driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours. Pettit was fined $3,212 with $2,100 stayed for four years and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 320 days stayed for four years. He will have supervised probation for four years, have chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, submit to random testing and attend a MADD Impact Panel.



Misdemeanors


• Mark Duane Hamberg, 54, Staples-Convicted of one count of operating an unregistered vehicle on a public street or highway without plates displayed. Hamberg was fined $132.


• Gina Lynn Keehr, 26, Hillman-Convicted of one count of fifth degree assault-inflicting or attempting bodily harm. Keehr was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for two years and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for two years. She will have supervised probation for two years.


• Mary Yvonne Marshall, 18, Pierz-Convicted of one count of driving an uninsured vehicle. Marshall was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year. She will have probation for one year.


• Kelly John Doucette, 34, Cushing-Convicted of one count of exceeding burning permit conditions. Doucette was fined $132.


• Molly Ann Keen, 18, Plymouth-Convicted of one count of committing a driving permit violation. Keen was fined $132.


• Alicia Katharyn Marie Baker, 20, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of not carrying proof of insurance when operating a vehicle. Baker was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and was sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year.


• Gary Martin DeMoss, 58, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of driving after suspension of his license. DeMoss was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year. DeMoss was also convicted of not carrying proof of insurance while operating a vehicle. He was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year.


• Kathleen R. Trana, 46, Motley-Convicted of one count of violating a license requirement-three dogs. Trana was fined $132 and sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year. Trana was also convicted of exceeding the number of dogs allowed. She was fined $132 and sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year.


• Aaron James Welle, 18, Pierz-Convicted of one count of liquor consumption by a person under 21. Welle was fined $382 with $150 stayed for one year and sentenced to 10 days in jail stayed for one year.


• Corinne Crystal Stromberg, 23, Mora-Convicted of one count of disorderly conduct. Stromberg was fined $582 with $300 stayed for one year and sentenced to 10 days in jail stayed for one year. She will have community service work for an indeterminate amount of time.


• Joshua William Rosemore, 18, Crosby-Convicted of one count of driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours. Rosemore was fined $1,207 with $500 stayed for two years and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 80 days stayed for one year. He will have unsupervised probation for two years.


• Lucas Robert Hoheisel, 21, Pierz-Convicted of one count of driving after revocation of his driver’s license. Hoheisel was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to four days in jail with 86 days stayed for one year.


• Kelly Ann Zender, 29, Longville-Convicted of one count of speeding, exceeding the 65 mile per hour limit. Zender was fined $1,082 with $900 stayed for one year and sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year.


• Christopher Matthew Rowan, 34, Pierz-Convicted of one count of driving after revocation of his driver’s license. Rowan was fined $382 and sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year.


• Terrie Lee Wise, Jr., 25, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of taking waterfowl from a national wildlife refuge. Wise was fined $232.


• Theresa Mae Warwas, 21, Randall-Convicted of one count of driving without a valid license or vehicle class/type. Warwas was fined $182.


• Gary Peter Vogtlin, 62, Onamia-Convicted of one count of disorderly conduct-offensive, abusive, noisy and/ or obscene. Vogtlin was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to two days in jail with 88 days stayed for one year.


• Anthony Leo Fuller, 34, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of driving after revocation of his driver’s license. Fuller was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 80 days stayed for one year.


• Daniel Edwin Nelson, 32, Milaca-Convicted of one count of driving after suspension of his license and driving an uninsured vehicle. Nelson was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year. He will have probation for one year.


• James Edward Ososki, 56, Rice-Convicted of one count of driving after revocation of his driver’s license. Ososki was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year. He will have probation for one year.


• Jeremy Richmond Davis, 22, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of disorderly conduct-disturbing an assembly or meeting. Davis was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to two days in jail with 88 days stayed for one year. He will have unsupervised probation for one year. Davis was also convicted of fourth degree intentional damage to property. He was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to two days in jail with 88 days stayed for one year. He will have unsupervised probation for one year.


• Mary Yvonna Marshall, 18, Pierz-Convicted of one count of driving an uninsured vehicle. Marshall was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year. She will have unsupervised probation for one year.


• Amanda Jo Anderson-Lopez, 26, Osakis-Convicted of one count of driving without a valid license. Anderson-Lopez was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to two days in jail with 88 days stayed for one year.


• William Paul Krone, 19, Blaine-Convicted of one count of exceeding the speed limit of 65 miles per hour. Krone was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year. He will have probation for six months.


• Jeffrey Giles Patnode, 24, Brooklyn Center-Convicted of one count of careless driving. Patnode was fined $182.


• Gary Lynn Goldner, 51, Randall-Convicted of one count of not wearing a blaze orange hat. Goldner was fined $112.


• Melinda Rae Odden, 23, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of issuing a dishonored check. Odden was fined $1,082 with $850 stayed and ordered to pay $309.14 in restitution. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail stayed for one year and will have probation for one year.


• Joshua Marshall Anderson, 20, Faribault-Convicted of driving after revocation of his license. Anderson was fined $1,082 with $650 stayed for one year and sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for one year. Anderson was also convicted of not carrying proof if insurance while operating the vehicle. He was fined $1,082 with $650 stayed for one year and sentenced 90 days stayed for one year.


• Tabatha May Zitur, 24, Motley-Convicted of one count of driving after revocation of her driver’s license. Zitur was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and sentenced to two days in jail with 88 days stayed for one year.


• Trevor John Carlson, 22, Coon Rapids-Convicted of one count of driving after suspension of his driver’s license. Carlson was fined $324.


• Raymond James Dauphinais, Little Falls-Convicted of one count of issuing a dishonored check. Dauphinais was fined $1,082 with $800 stayed for two years and ordered to pay $185 in restitution. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail stayed for two years and will have unsupervised probation for two years and attend both chemical dependency evaluation/treatment and domestic abuse evaluation.


• Seth Marcus Rasmussen, 23, Little Falls-Convicted of consuming alcohol on public property. Rasmussen was fined $282 with $170 stayed.


• Loren Joel Bundy, 42, Motley-Convicted of not carrying proof of insurance. Bundy was fined $1,082 with $700 stayed for one year and was sentenced to one day in jail with 89 days stayed for one year.
