Princeton Mayor Jeremy Riddle spoke at a press conference shortly after 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30, to summarize the events of the morning. He stated that a suspicious-looking package was found at each of locations in the city shortly after 6 a.m. that day.
Riddle noted that Princeton police called in the sheriff’s departments from Mille Lacs and Sherburne to assist. See more in Joel Stottrup’s Union-Eagle story.
